TRBEXA TRBEXA POWER
The battery, motor and controller under every TRBEXA kart — supplied on its own to manufacturers, teams and workshops that already build a chassis we like.
A 72 V lithium pack in a steel cradle, sized to sit inside a kart wheelbase rather than on top of it.
Air-cooled traction motor matched to the controller at the factory, so the map you get is the map we validated.
Three mapped drive levels and reverse, on an LCD dash. Throttle response is set per customer at build, not by the end user.
Most electric kart problems are interface problems: a pack that sags under a controller's peak draw, a motor that runs hot because the map was never written for it, a loom that was cut to fit a drawing nobody updated.
We test the pack, motor, controller and loom together on a bench and on a kart before they ship. That is the whole product — not the individual components.
Supply is available as a complete drivetrain or as a conversion package, with the wiring drawings and the mounting dimensions your workshop needs to fit it to a chassis you already build.
Petrol kart in, electric kart out — without throwing away a chassis that still works.
Photos, the tube diameter, the rear axle spec and the engine mount pattern. We tell you within a week whether the frame takes the drivetrain or needs a sub-frame.
Drivetrain, bolt-in mount, loom, throttle, dash and the drawings — one price, one lead time, 48 V or 72 V depending on the chassis and the use.
Most workshops fit a kit in a day with the drawings. If the fleet is large enough we will send a technician for the first conversions.
Controllers, dash units, looms and pack service parts are held for converted karts on the same schedule as new ones.
Every drivetrain ships with a wiring drawing, a fault-code table and the contact details of the engineer who built it. Dealers get a spares list with lead times before the first order, not after the first failure.
For fleet operators we run a commissioning call before the first session and a review after the first month, because the first month is where most electric kart fleets get their settings wrong.
Tell us the chassis, the voltage you want and the annual volume. We will come back with a kit price and a lead time.
